Larkana or Larkano (Urdu: لا''کانہ, Sindhi: لاڙڪاڻو) is the fourth largest city located in the Northwest of Sindh Province, Pakistan. It is located in Larkana District. It is a thickly populated city which is growing rapidly. In August 2000 A.D, Larkano celebrated its hundred years of existence.
Larkana has a fertile Land that cultivates all kind of fruits and vegetables, including potatoes, melons, olives, oranges, peas, carrots, cucumber and mangoes. Some 10 Km far away from the city, sugarcane is cultivated to fill up the needs of Sugar Mill established in 1990, in Nau Dero Village, the birth place of former Prime Minister of Pakistan Zulfikar Ali Bhutto.
Various kinds of birds roam in the city, including migratory birds coming to this region during winter, from Russia and Siberia. They make swamp on the bank of Indus River near Mohenjo-daro.
Sindhi is the central language of almost all the people. Siraikis, a dilect of Sindhi is also spoken, which is similar to the Sindhi language. Balouchi is also spoken because in rural areas of sindh, mostly Balouch origin live for generation specially in Larkana. Sindhi and English are the official languages.

One of the world's oldest archeological sites, Mohenjo-daro, lies 26 km away from the Larkana City. As it is a major archeological site, it has its own airport, which is shared by Larkana.
